That's right. 20 certified staff. $1,533,298 in salary. Another $576,000 in benefits.
And they all have enough tenure, age --and let's not forget salary-- to retire comfortably.
Wanna shave a quick million bucks off the budget? We need to have these folks retire. They've done their time, and we are grateful for their service...but at an average cost of $100K each, and when newly hired staff generally cost about $50K, that would save $1,000,000.
